They call me the QUEEN OF DESTRUCTION at Irwindale Speedway. I race the #176 and #3 cars on the circle track at Irwindale.
I grew up in Duarte, CA and started racing at the age of 15 at OSS with my dad ,who was a figure 8 champion there in the 80's. I race in all the Night of Destruction events at IS including Enduro, figure 8, skid plate, auto soccer, motor home races, demo derby, and my absolute fav the Trailer races.
My boyfriend The MASTER OF MAYHEM and our race team at Robert Rice Racing build all of our cars and he and I race together in all of the events, which is where we met back in 2008 when I rented a derby car from him. We started dating in 2011 and here we are. I have spent most of my life racing and at the racetrack where I'm so happy my sister and nephew are in the pits with me each week working on my cars keeping the family tradition alive. I have met so many people at the track over the years who have become my racing family including these awesome ladies of G.I.R.L.. The Racetrack is my happy place. I am involved with many charities that I do fundraising events for throughout the year at the track, including Oxnard relay for life, Black Flag Cancer, 58 strong, lovewins, race for a cure, Just breathe Rocio Guillen Foundation. We have an annual women's only Demo Derby event in October for breast cancer awareness called the BLACK FLAG DERBY DIVAS. Its an amazing night celebrating women with over 20 girls competing, and raising money for all the women fighting breast cancer.
